What library resources and services are available to me as an community borrower?

Community Borrower Membership has some terms and conditions. A membership form needs to be filled, duly signed and approved prior to use the library.
- You can avail ECAE Library Community borrower membership by paying a refundable security fee of AED 200 during the registration.
- You may borrow up to 5 books for a loan period of 3 weeks.
- Books may be renewed once online, by phone, or in-person if no-one else has reserved the item or the item is not overdue.
- If you do not return books by the due date, your privileges will be blocked. If you continually return overdue items, you will permanently lose your borrowing privileges and be banned from using the library.
- You may not borrow reference books, magazines, and other materials as that are for use in the library only.
- Curriculum Resource Centre resources and video recordings are not available for loan.
- Your Emirates ID or institutional ID card must be presented whenever you wish to borrow items from the LLSH.
- Membership will be renewed annually in September.
- The ECAE LLSH has the right to modify or terminate this agreement at any time.
